Our lives and businesses are changing daily in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is an uncertain and unprecedented time for everyone — and our concern is always first and foremost the health and safety of our employees, partners and customers.
We also take seriously the trust you have in us to help you operate your business every single day, in any environment. I want personally update you about our preparation and the operational plan we have in place to continue to provide you the same level of service and responsiveness you count on from Ivanti.
First, an internal task force was put in place and has been meeting almost daily for weeks. This team has worked together to review the latest updates from around the world, confirm our contingency and continuity plans, and ensure and test our readiness. They have also managed how we are responding to the situation internally and externally as it continues to change daily.
Additionally, we are closely monitoring and following guidelines set by national, state and local government agencies to limit any risk to our employees, partners and customers. One of the most significant guidelines impacting our normal office routine is the recommendation by many countries and states to limit or eliminate large groups and remain at home as much as possible. We have been ready for this possibility, and most of Ivanti’s employees around the world are leveraging technology and now remotely working while continuing to help Ivanti maintain normal business operations.
Finally, I want to send a sincere thank you from every one of us at Ivanti for continuing to trust us to keep your business networks and infrastructure safe and operational. It truly is what motivates and inspires us every day.

Q: How is Ivanti impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak?
A: Ivanti is confident in its ability to maintain quality service during this time. Remote work procedures have been adopted in nations where COVID-19 is at higher exposure and plans are in place for all support employees to work remotely if countries require isolation procedures. All employees have been encouraged to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines with regard to work and travel.
Q: How does the coronavirus outbreak impact Ivanti’s supply chain?
A: Ivanti’s supply chain will see minimal impact and Ivanti is confident in its ability to maintain quality service.
Q: How will the impact to Ivanti impact my organization?
A: All of our software and support engineers are equipped with remote development, testing, and support capabilities to minimize any business impact to our customers or Ivanti as a business. We are able to provide instructor-led training online instead of onsite. Much of our consulting and product implementation can also be done remotely.
Q: Have preparations been put in place to ensure business continuity for both short term and long term?
A: Yes – Ivanti has a plan in place for employees to work remotely as needed. This will be done to ensure seamless support will be available for our customers. Q: What can my organization provide to assist in your planning and preparation?
A: Your company could provide your current increased health policies and procedures to any Ivanti employees who may be visiting your offices. We will want to comply with your procedures so we can work together to maintain your healthy work environments.
Q: Are any Ivanti events cancelled due to COVID-19 Coronavirus?

Q: Is Ivanti Interchange still scheduled?
A: Given the CDC’s new recommendations for gatherings of no more than 50, the state of emergency in Nevada, and the MGM Resort’s indefinite closure announcement, we are canceling our live Interchange event and Partner Leadership Summit for 2020.

Q: What can I do to avoid contracting the virus?
A: The World Health Organization recommends basic hygiene practices such as regular hand washing and covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing. They also recommend:
- Thoroughly cooking meat and eggs
- Avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing
- Avoid spitting in public
- If you have fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
- Throw tissues into closed bin immediately after use
- When hands are not visibility dirty, frequently clean them by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water
Q: Does your organization have a pandemic plan to respond to and recover from mass absenteeism events, such as the COVID-19?
A: Ivanti has plans in place to respond to events such as the COVID-19 event. The majority of Ivanti’s products are software, our engineering/development, testing & support teams have access to all of our regular business systems even when working from home. This helps to minimize the impact on our day-to-day business practices.
Q: As part of the pandemic plan, does your organization have strategies that include transferring work and work remote capabilities?
A: Yes – Ivanti has a working remotely plan in place to enact for all employees as needed. This will be done to ensure seamless support will be available for our customers. Q: Has your organization taken precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19?
A: Ivanti is taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of its employees. All employees are encouraged to follow World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. Employees who are not feeling well for any reason are asked to work from home. Q: For employees that may have had exposure, have steps within your organization been taken to quarantine them for a specific duration?
A: Employees that may have had exposure to the coronavirus have been asked to quarantine themselves for a period of 14 days in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines.
Q: Is there currently an impact to any of your organization’s locations?
A: Ivanti has taken steps to ensure employee safety. As a result, all of Ivanti's global offices except for those in China will be closed until further notice.
Q: Have steps been taken to address any potential impacts associated with third-parties that support your operations from a pandemic perspective?
A: While Ivanti cannot speak for any of our third-party partners, we have been assured that they are taking similar precautions and are following the WHO guidelines as well.
